After opting to bat, Pakistan Shaheens were rocked early as Oman’s Muzahir Raza struck twice, removing openers Mohammad Haris and Yasir Khan cheaply, leaving the score at 13-2 within the first 3 overs. Oman’s Batting Struggles Under Pressure in PAK A vs OMAN
In reply, Oman faced early pressure from Pakistan Shaheens’ bowlers, managing just 34-1 in the powerplay. Qasim Akram dismissed opener Aamir Kaleem for 11, and the Omani batters found it difficult to keep up with the escalating run rate. Wasim Ali top-scored for Oman with 28 off 31 balls, but consistent breakthroughs by the Shaheens kept Oman at bay.
