Sevilla,Spain -- The Spanish Armada led by Rafael Nadal  will  be up against  the  Argentine Stars in the Davis Cup  Final 2011 from  2nd to 4th  December. Rafa will start off  Spain's bid  for a third title in four years with  his opening match against  Juan Monaco  on Friday.

The El Classico of tennis ended in one way traffic as Roger Federer  defeated his longtime rival Spanish Matador Rafael Nadal  in straight sets while  Jo Wilfred Tsonga ended his  American opponent Mardy Fish's chances of qualifying into the semi-finals . Paris,France -- World No.4 Roger Federer claimed his 800th career win in Paris on 11.11.11  by beating Juan Monaco Of Argentina in straight sets 6-3 ,7-5.  The No. 4-ranked Swiss will next play Tomas  Berdych of the Czech Republic, who edged Andy Murray of Britain 4-6, 7-6 (5), 6-4.

Basel , Switzerland -- Hometown favourite Roger Federer eases past young Japanese star Kei Nishikori 6-1 , 6-3 to successfully defend his title at Basel Open 2011 . This is Federer's 1st title in nearly 10 months.

BASEL, Switzerland -- Top-ranked Novak Djokovic was stunned in the Swiss Indoors semifinals on Saturday, losing 2-6, 7-6 (4), 6-0 to Japan's Kei Nishikori . Djokovic dropped to 68-4 this year, with two of his losses the result of injury retirements.


Roger Federer fought hard to get past Stanislas Wawrinka in two tricky sets, 7-6(5), 6-2. This will be Roger's sixth consecutive final appearance at the Swiss Indoors.
