Thanks again. I think as soon as Amir comes out of prison, he needs the right people around him straight away, which is something he's obviously not had in the past.

I think if the PCB hope to pick him after his ban, then they also need to get in touch and make official any kind of rehab/community work he goes into. From a public relations point of view, I think the PCB can benefit as long as Amir comes out contrite and is willing to change further.

Mr P, I couldn't believe what I was watching when they came out and started blocking. Frustration, anger, disbelief...all rolled into one. I turned off not too long into the innings after finally accepting that they were in fact batting out time.

Has Mohsin Khan put himself forward for the coaching role? I hear that they've drawn up a short list yet I was not sure if he had put himself forward. If he has, you can see why he would have gone for a draw.

You make a very good point regarding the negativity we've shown and how such tactics could turn a possible draw into a loss in the future.

Zeeshan, I think you're being harsh on Misbah here. The guy, as well as being consistent in his own performances, as captain has almost single handedly lifted Pakistan onto its feet after the spot fixing scandal. I've stated my view above regarding my opinion of Misbah's role in the decision to not go for the win and I reiterate it must have been the coach's call.
